About Cindy

Cindy’s years of craving the ultimate paradise consisting of sunshine and beautiful beaches lead her in 1982 from NJ to beautiful Clearwater Beach Florida. After getting settled in Cindy found herself managing Domenic’s Capri Italian Restaurant for 25 years for The Forlini Family. She also has held an active Real Estate License since 1986. Her experience in the Restaurant business since 1974, Real Estate business since 1986 and working in a local luxury jewelry store for several years has given Cindy the acquired art of “patience and understanding” to dealing well in the customer service area while still maintaining a cheerful friendly attitude working with many varied personalities. Her experience in customer service has also provided her with the skill in dealing with locals and tourists alike seeking relocation information and guidance to finding your next residence in paradise. Cindy after retiring from restaurant business and getting her aging mother’s life in order decided it was time to move her license to Smith and Associates after researching many company’s. She has stated her choice was made knowing the excellent professional reputation, the comradery of the agents and family like treatment, and the ongoing offered classes to keep up with the ever changing world of Real Estate infomation. Cindy currently resides in the Harbor Hills area of Largo, with her husband a native Floridian and avid boater and her two miniature schnauzers.
